You really find out what a company is made of when stuff hits the fan. I had a bit of a hiccup with a lengthy delay from the manufacturer, and I felt let down by Upshift. However, they stepped up, offered solid advice, and provided a fantastic (and maybe even better) alternative. They did their best to minimize the wait. I reached out to Upshift since they offered Trak Racer rigs, and after chatting with Johnathan, I found out their showroom was just a quick drive away.

Johnathan went out of his way (just three days before Christmas) to let me check out the showroom and try out the TR160. He was super friendly, really helpful, and you could tell he was genuinely passionate about Sim Racing. After my visit, I decided to go for the TR160, and Johnathan kept in touch, updating me on everything (even during the holidays). When the delivery of my rig got delayed, he made the trek all the way from Newcastle to Southampton to pick it up for me.
